Youth Art Month Guidelines and Checklist
Artwork MUST be received by Friday, February 22, 2009, at the Nebraska Department of Education or mailed to:

1. Artwork may be submitted by instructors at public and private schools, private studios, museum programs and similar programs.
2. Maximum of two works of art per instructor. If you instruct at more than one school/building, two works can be submitted from each one.3. One work per student (now split this into two separate bullets)
4. No framed…
5. Send, or deliver, artwork in a REUSABLE and secure container.
6. Complete the following documents and place in an envelope; include envelope with the artwork:
~ One YAM Entry Form
~ Two Student Permission Forms
~ Congressional Arts Caucus Competition (CAC) "An Artistic Discovery"
Entry Form
~ Congressional Arts Caucus Competition Permission Form
~ Artwork Labels (affixed to lower right corner of art)
~ DBAE Lesson Description (affixed to lower left corner of art)
~ Artist signature somewhere on artwork
~ $15.00 Entry Fee - if not a NATA member
~ Return Address label (affixed at NDE upon opening your container |
